Ahhhh, sleep!  A nice, deep, restorative sleep!!  Sleep is VITAL. Without it, we couldn't survive.  It literally is a LIFE SUSTAINING activity.  But it can be so elusive, especially in our society. Electronics keep us up later than we should, stress from our daily lives can make us toss and turn all night or even wake up unable to get back to sleep.  There are many reasons that sleep can be disjointed.   Studies show that over half of Americans have trouble sleeping, and lately,  I am one of them.  So I started researching different tips on getting enough sleep.  Here are 8 that I found to make the most sense.
