One Hundred Push Up Challenge!!
I LOVE PUSH UPS!! I love using my own body weight as resistance....the push up perfectly utilizes your own weight! The push up, as an exercise as a whole, engages so many muscles... your core, shoulders, arms, chest, even glutes!! (I look at a push up as a plank with arm movement and I love doing planks!)

- Some of you may already be able to do 100. I am thinking that I will start with 50, 25 in the morning and 25 in the evening, then work my way up.

- I know that it is a women's magazine, but the push up styles shown are universal.
- ARE THOSE TOO MILD FOR YOU???? HERE ARE SOME "INTERMEDIATE" PUSH UP EXERCISES FOR YOU TO TAKE ON!! But, truth be told, they are TOUGH!!!
