I was scanning the internet for new snack ideas for my kids (and myself) for afternoon/after school snacks and I came across this great link. I was hoping to avoid us coming home after picking the kids up from school and stuffing ourselves with foods that would give us just a temporary energy boost and leave us hungry again in no time.
