8 Week COMMITMENT
Tuesdays and Thursdays
11:00am at Kick It Up Fitness in Long Beach!
My personal weight loss experience will help me help you to reach your goals.
Starts February 14th, Ends April 5th
and includes:
- Private workout/weight loss group led by a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor/Spinning Instructor.
- Private Facebook Group just for those committed. We will interact, share ideas, encouragement, support, helpful hints, etc.
- First and last class allow 90 minutes to take measurements and set goals. Sixteen workouts to burn fat, build strength, increase stamina and flexibility. We’ll use stability balls, dumbbells, medicine balls, step, bikes, bands, etc.
- Each week you will go home with new information to help you stay on track for a lifetime. I will contact you throughout the 8 weeks via phone calls or texts to remind you to make healthy choices and lend support.
Support, understanding and encouragement are vital to your success in losing weight and keeping it off!
