What Is Calorie After Burn And Which Exercises Create The Most Effect???

What is an AFTER BURN?  The after burn is an effect that would mean that you are burning calories at a higher rate even after your workout is over.  This increase in metabolism is spread out over time.

Is it true?  Is there an after burn effects from a workout?? Well, that has been debated and tested for years.  Some investigators found no post-exercise effect.
