WHICH CARDIO WORKOUT IS THE BEST???

I get asked that question quite often.  The more I think about it, I believe that the best answer is.... drumroll, drumroll..........
The best cardio exercise is the one you will do day in and day out consistently.  If you can choose one which you enjoy doing find it, do it......BUT don't be afraid to mix the exercises up!!

I have been reading article after article, blog post after blog post, in trying to find the best answer as to me SUGGESTING one.  FITNESS MAGAZINE has this link that was quite informative with the best suggestions for some awesome cardio workouts..........OF COURSE... CYCLING IS #1 !!
