So, you want to lose weight... maybe a few pounds, maybe many pounds. Where do you start? There are so many diets out there telling you to do one thing or another, or telling you NOT to do one thing or another.
Well, if you really want to get the job done properly, I believe that Weight Watchers is the most sensible way to go about it. Actually, I believe in the ORIGINAL Weight Watchers plan. It's livable, it teaches you HOW to eat and the right proportions in which to do so.
