NO FLABBY TRICEPS HERE!! SHAPE 'EM and TONE 'EM With These Exercises You Can Do At Home!

Remember, you can't spot reduce, but you can shape and tone specific areas with strength training...  If you incorporate healthy eating habits (calories in/ calories out), aerobic activities (walking, Spinning, kickboxing, running or anything that get your heart rate UP) and strength training, then YOU WILL SEE RESULTS!!  I PROMISE!!  I know it's a lot of work, but nothing is worth as much if you don't have to WORK for it!!  I am here to help you along that path of not only working out, but enjoying it as well!!  

Exercise #1:  Tricep Dips


Excercise #2: Tricep Push Ups



Exercise #3: Tricep Press:  Weights needed, but if you don't have weights, you can use water bottles filled with water!


Exercise #4:  Tricep Kick Backs... once again you will need weights or water bottles filled with water.



Exercise #5:  Tricep Extensions


Try these 5 exercises and tone those triceps for an arm that doesn't way "bye" as you are waving "bye"!!!
