I know that barbecuing is a lower fat way of cooking, it's easier and it's much more fun to cook and eat outdoors when the weather is so beautiful outside. But for years, I have heard that food that has been barbecued is carcinogenic, or cancer causing. Well, it is, but there are ways to circumvent this problem.
