"LEGS"
- Shape the back of your legs with this hamstring curl using the stability ball. He gives 3 different variations of the exercise. I LOVE this drill. This exercise creates strength that will transfer positively for cycling, running, walking and swimming!
2. Inner thigh strength and toning.. OH MY.. this is a hard spot to work, but this really gets that target
inner thigh zone!
3. How about the outer thigh region?
4. Quadriceps: This exercise uses a platform step, but you can use the steps at your house or a bench at the park or a school: Other leg muscles are engaged, creating long, lean and strong legs!!
5. Don't forget the calves! Here is a great video explaining calf exercises you can do anywhere!!!
And there you have it... 5 exercises targeting different parts of your legs. Try these at home or at the gym and incorporate them with upper body for either an alternating work out or for a full body workout!!!
