- My suggestion is to do a high cardio class, such as Indoor or Outdoor Cycling 3 times a week, minimum, and do weight bearing exercises or classes 3 times a week. There are tons of videos out there now for you to choose from to do at home, like P90X and Insanity, or you can go to your gym. - You also will need to cut your caloric intake. A good thing to do, but it is a hassle, is to write down EVERYTHING you eat. EVEN SNACKING! This helps you SEE how much you are eating and it will also help you with future meal planning. Try to stay away from processed sugars, too many carbs, refined carbs, and, I think, it is good to stay away from restaurants. You can control everything that goes into your mouth if you only cook from home. Eat lots of veggies... make a big salad... steam some broccoli!

So, for anyone who is just interested in losing a few pounds or many, these are all good tips. The main thing is not expect weight loss over night. There are no quick fixes... we can just do our best everyday! Each day, focus on your health, your longevity, your life, not your appearance. A beautiful you is a healthy, strong, whole you!!!!
