Of course I want you to work out WITH me, but if you can't, for whatever reason, I have scoured through video after video to find some fun, total body, almost equipment-less exercises that you can do from home, the office or when you are out of town. Just put on some music (if you can) and follow along... and have a GREAT time moving, shaping, toning and best of all, releasing endorphines that will make YOU feel REFRESHED and ready to take on ANYTHING!
