WHICH FOOD IS BEST FOR YOUR EYES? YOUR HAIR? (Yes, guys, even MANHOOD!)



No doubt about it.. nutrition can help keep us healthier, right?  But are certain foods better for certain parts of the body over others?  I have 2 different articles posted on this blog that shed some light on which foods help where and how they help.  
How does the food get to the body parts, you may ask?  What happens is when food enters the body, it is broken down into nutrients (it's nutritional value), it is then it passed through your bloodstream throughout the body where various parts of the body absorb certain nutrients.
