No Equipment But Still Want To Work Out? Check Out These "Body Weight" Only Exercises!!

There are many reasons why we don't work out.  Too much to do, not enough time, being tired, being (okay, I am going to say it) lazy and so on!  
BUT, DON'T LET NOT HAVING ANY EQUIPMENT STOP YOU!!!  
I have a link and a few videos for you to check out for ideas in which you can use YOUR OWN BODY as means of getting in a GREAT workout!  The best part is, is that you can do these exercises anywhere you want to!  At home, on vacation, in the mountains, at the beach, in your backyard, at a park... anywhere you WANT!!!

I have them listed in order of intensity.  The first video is for beginners and so on.
DON'T GET DISCOURAGED IF YOU CAN'T DO ALL OF THE EXERCISES SHOWN, DO THE ONES YOU CAN...  AND AS YOU GET STRONGER, TRY SOMETHING NEW!!  CHANGE TAKES TIME...  JUST GIVE YOURSELF YOUR 100% EFFORT AND WATCH YOUR BODY CHANGE!!!
