STAND UP STRAIGHT!!! (Have you heard about the 5 pound rule?)

So what is the 5 pound rule?  Well, slouch over and look at yourself in mirror.  Then...  stand up straight and look at yourself in the mirror.  It's an instant 5 lb (visual) weight loss!  
Some of us are born with a curvature to the spine.  The clinical term for the rounding of the spine is called "kyphosis" which is a developmental, possibly genetic, over-curvature of the thoracic vertebrae. 
With that said, most of us don't have kyphosis.  We are simply slouching from (sorry if I am being blunt, but I fall into this group, too) being tired, lazy or weak...  
My question was:  Are there exercises we can do to improve posture?  I have found out that yes, there absolutely are exercises for posture!
