Can't make it to the gym? Don't like the gym? I have an idea for you! Head outdoors, by yourself, with a friend or even a group of friends and try some of these boot camp styles exercises. Go to the park, to the beach... the backyard....or stay indoors... Studies show that if you have someone to work out with, you are 70% more likely to stick to your exercises and not pass on the whole experience. Below you can view 3 videos that have exercises in them that DO NOT NEED EQUIPMENT and that you can do anywhere you want!!! If you want to take it outside, watch these videos, practice them a few times inside, write down notes on small note cards and then start your workout under the big beautiful sky!
