Can Cheating On Your 'Diet' Help You Maintain Your Weight Loss?

I know that willpower is something that we all need to use, especially in our society when there are delicious restaurants and selections every time we turn around.  I know that I feel proud of myself when I resist indulging and keep my life on the straight and narrow.  HOWEVER, I feel that I can also feel deprived sometimes and then I tend to lose my willpower and make poor choices.

Disclaimer:  With all that said in the article, I won't indulge in some of the items on that list, but they are good alternatives to other indulgences out there if that is what you are craving!  My indulgences are more in line with spicy foods!!  The spicier the better!!  I love Thai, Indian and Mexican food! That to me is AWESOMENESS!!
