6 PACK BY SUMMER?!?! OH YEAH!! Take The 200 Sit-Up Challenge!!!

TAKE THE PLEDGE...  A SIX PACK BY SUMMER!!   
No, it isn't narcissistic to take this pledge, because while you may look great with a strong core, you are really creating a center of STRENGTH, which is instrumental in all aspects of our daily lives, in doing all sports and physical activity, increases performance in each, as well as in maintaining good posture and preventing injury!! 

With that said, I was looking at the website at the information on the 100 Push Up Challenge and saw that they also have a "200 Sit Up Challenge!"  Now... I am intgruiged!  I want to also do this challenge, putting both the 100 Push Up Challenge coupled with  the 200 Sit Up Challenge together for a strength building blast!!  Both combined will take us toward strength, stability and also... a 6 PACK BY SUMMER!!  (Of course, no matter how much strength and toning work we do, it comes down to the old adage:  calories in vs. calories out. )

As I posted on the 100 Push Up Challenge,  your core IS indeed engaged and working while doing a push up.  A push up is esssentially a plank hold with arm movements, therefore your core is engaged during the entire execution of the exercise.  COUPLE THIS WITH THE 200 SIT UP CHALLENGE and you will be sure to see results!!

So take the challenge, let's do it starting today!!  Follow the plan on the website, finishing up with 100 push ups and 200 sit ups!!   YES, YOU CAN and so can I!!!!!  : )
