No, it isn't narcissistic to take this pledge, because while you may look great with a strong core, you are really creating a center of STRENGTH, which is instrumental in all aspects of our daily lives, in doing all sports and physical activity, increases performance in each, as well as in maintaining good posture and preventing injury!!

As I posted on the 100 Push Up Challenge, your core IS indeed engaged and working while doing a push up. A push up is esssentially a plank hold with arm movements, therefore your core is engaged during the entire execution of the exercise. COUPLE THIS WITH THE 200 SIT UP CHALLENGE and you will be sure to see results!!
