I was asking myself today, why do I WANT to climb uphill so much? WHY do I want to put myself through, what sometimes is, true suffering and misery while climbing.... and then when I am done, why do I want to do it again? That question puzzles me, so I googled it to see what I could find. In my search (which I have yet to find the answer that I am looking for, which is another blog post all together) I found this intriguingly titled article on "Secrets to Cycling Faster Uphills" from www.beselfpropelled.com and I really enjoyed reading it so much, I thought I would share it with you... and then go for a ride myself!! ;)As a side note, when I do find the right info on WHY we push ourselves physically, sometimes into true suffering, I will have it in a new post ready to go!!
