OMG!! NEED TO BURN OFF SOME EXTRA CALORIES? TOTAL BODY WORKOUT FOR YOU!! (Plus- Videos on how to perform each exercise properly!)

Did a little Thanksgiving over-indulgence occur?  Are you on vacation without any gym to visit or equipment to use? Do you just WANT to move and exercise?  If you answered "YES" to any of these questions, I have a workout for you!!!  Underneath the workout, I have a video for each exercise, so you know how to do them properly.

*****Remember, FORM IS EVERYTHING!!!  If you do NOT use proper form, you will not get the benefit of the prescribed exercise.... I would rather you do these SLOWLY and PERFECTLY instead of banging them out with poor form. Right? RIGHT!!!!***** 
*****Suggestion:  Mix these exercises up.  #5-7 are all performed utilizing plank position.  If you feel that is too much for you, mix them up.  Example:  Do the Jumping Jacks, then Mountain Climbers, then Squats, giving shoulders, elbow, wrists and chest a rest.****

HEY NOW..... LET'S DO THIS!!!!
1. Jumping Jacks: I am sure you are familiar with, so no video will be posted...
2. Squats:  
3.  High Knees:
3. Tricep Dips:
4.  Burpees: ** NOTE: THE NEXT DRILL AFTER THIS IS TO DO PUSH UPS... YOU CAN ELIMATE THE PUSH UP DURING THE BURPEE IF YOU NEED, KNOWING WHAT IS COMING NEXT, HOWEVER, TRY TO WORK YOUR WAY UP TO DOING BOTH!** (For a modification-- step back, don't jump back during the squat thrust... you can drop to your knees for the push up if you wish..  you can eliminate the jump at the end)
5. Push Ups: (GREAT example!)
6. Mountain Climbers:
7.  Sit Ups-- or choose any core exercise.  Just click on this link of a previous blog post I made and choose one or more core exercise to do!!!
