What? No Weights? How About The Body Weight Only Exercises?


No equipment at home?  Are you on vacation?  Don't want to miss a workout?  Here is a series of High Intensity Interval Training workouts that you can do without any equipment at all!  Try a different one every day and you will get some great workouts in, I promise!
