Spring Is In The Air... Take Your Workout OUTDOORS!!! (Videos with full body, no equipment exercises for you!!)
It's feeling fresh outside! Days are getting longer and now there is more time to work out outdoors to boost your metabolism!! I know it's great to workout at the gym, but try going outside once a week to breathe fresh air while you get a full body workout to stoke your metabolic furnace! Just watch some of these videos that I have found that I think offer GREAT suggestions to take your workout OUTDOORS!!! AND.... NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED!!!!
