Don't Be A Statistic! USA Has More Lower Back Injuries Than Any Other Country!

In our country, lower back pain is VERY common!  What can we do to either alleviate it or prevent it?  Of course, the answer is to stay ACTIVE!  Treatment can help if already experience lower back pain, allowing you to continue or to start to become active!  Exercises for your lower back region are simple and you can do them at home or at the gym!  Take the time to work the lower back region and prevent yourself from becoming a statistic.  A little work will go a LONG WAY!!  A strong lower back creates balance and stability to your entire daily routine, whether you are an extreme athlete or bookworm!!

But, what do I mean when I mention the lower back?  The website weighttraining.com includes the area of the body from the back of the knees all the way up to the middle of the back as "lower back".  To create a strong lower back region, you need to work on the glutes and hamstrings as well as the lower back itself.  I also believe that you need to develop strong oblique muscles as well as abdominal muscles in order to create a well rounded, strong and stable lower back.
