This Halloween, don't worry about noshing!! Have fun and nibble on some candy! But can we make some candy choices better than others? Yes, we can!

Don't beat yourself up!
The moral to my story is that we CAN enjoy Halloween candy, we CAN indulge in goodies and enjoy a special, fun day or event and STILL stay right on that road into fitness and health.Don't beat yourself up!
Enjoy yourself ... and then come work it off with me in one of my classes!!
