Guess What The Key To Weight Loss Is? It Is.... (drum roll, drum roll)

Eat less...move more!!!  
It's the cheapest weight loss/management program on EARTH!!   


Do you need to join a special dieting program that gives you pre-packaged meals?  Do you need to buy expensive powders to replace real food?  No, of course you don't.  The secret is such a simple one, but yet it means that you have to change your life up a bit.  Yes, you need to catch yourself from taking a second helping, or from noshing on that last tidbit left on the serving plate.  Can you do it?  OF COURSE YOU CAN!!  It will take YOU making the conscious decision to leave it on the plate.  Once you break the noshing habit, it will be easier to resist.  The next step is to get up and MOVE!!  Do you like to dance, wiggle, jump?  Bicycle (indoors or out?)?  Walk?  RUN????  Remember... and repeat it in your head:  EAT LESS, MOVE MORE!!      

So what if you do eat a little more one day than another?  Well, MOVE MORE!!!  Walk another time around the block...  do an exercise video... put on some music and DANCE!!! (I promise, you will feel better and look better, too!!!)
