I am almost 100% dairy free in my diet, but I have made allowances and do eat yoghurt and a little Parmesan cheese goes on some of my food. For years I have equated dairy with something that is hard to digest and opted for another source for milk products (ie: almond milk, oat milk, hemp milk, etc). But I just ran across this interesting article that I thought I would share with you.

Interesting that women who followed a regular exercise program and included a higher-protein, higher-dairy diet, lost more total fat than those that followed a lower protien, lower dairy food plan.... and more fat was lost from the abdomen region!
