3 TOTAL BODY WORKOUTS You Can Do At Home!

I am listing 3 different TOTAL BODY WORKOUTS that you can do at home. By firing up all the muscles in your body AND changing your routine (by following these different videos on different days) you will 'stoke' your metabolic furnace, by burning more calories as you rev up metabolism!  Give them each a try... or at least a look and let me know what you think!!  Good luck and have fun getting a workout at home!!  Then, when you are ready, come join me at the gym for one of my classes... click the "Schedule of Classes" tab above!!
