Is it easier for you to work out and to stay on task if a friend is there to do the work with you? Maybe it is your spouse, which could be kind of romantic.... or a good friend who is working toward fitness with you... Whoever it is, sometimes that commitment of a set time and date is exactly what we need to stay on track.
